Corporate Events

Music follows the event until it is time to lead

At a reception, music should bring people together; speeches and awards need space and clarity. Only later may music become the central focus. That is why preparation starts with the confirmed programme, not a playlist.

The contact person, host, caterer, venue and DJ should all work to the same timings. Antonio aligns his musical phases with this framework; additional hosting or coordination duties apply only by arrangement.

02

A varied audience

Shared moments, not narrow genre boxes

A company often brings together generations, roles and cultural backgrounds. The musical briefing should therefore describe the atmosphere that fits both the organisation and its guests.

German, Italian and French are the core languages; English is fully available by prior arrangement. Their use in announcements or programme elements is agreed for the event.

03

Technical clarity

Connect microphones, venue systems and DJ equipment early

DJ Cardillo has his own sound system for events of up to 300 people. At corporate events, however, guest count is not the only factor: room shape, acoustics, stage, presentations and separate reception areas can create different requirements.

Connections, microphones, soundcheck, setup times, lighting and responsibilities are therefore checked with the venue. Any specialist or third-party equipment required is shown separately.

Frequently asked

What matters before you enquire.

01How is the music coordinated with speeches, dinner and programme elements?

Arrival, reception, speeches, dinner, awards, entertainment and the party window are brought together in one timeline before the event. Volume levels, transitions and microphone requirements are coordinated with the venue and responsible contact person; the definitive scope remains part of the quotation.

02Which languages are available for planning?

German, Italian and French are the core languages. English is fully available by prior arrangement. Multilingual announcements and programme elements are agreed in advance.

03Does DJ Cardillo provide his own sound system?

Yes. Cardillo's own sound and lighting system is designed for events of up to 300 people and included in the DJ packages. Suitability for indoor, outdoor or parallel areas is checked in advance.

04Is lighting included?

Yes. The required in-house sound and lighting equipment is included and planned for the venue. External specialist equipment is quoted as a separate line item when needed.

05What does event planning by Cardillo Events include?

Cardillo Events provides consultation and concept work, partial planning or individual event planning through a partner network. This can include coordinating kitchen, music and service on the day, as well as venues and suppliers.

06Is the online estimate binding?

No. It is an initial budget guide based on the information provided and is neither a booking confirmation nor a date reservation. Availability, definitive scope, price and contract are established with Antonio Riccio after a personal review.

07Which factors can change the definitive price?

The selected DJ or event-planning package provides the price base. Additional price items arise only from overtime, travel, and clearly externally sourced specialist equipment or third-party services. Deposits, cancellation and other contractual terms are set out in the definitive quotation.
