1. Contract and scope
A website enquiry and guide quotation are non-binding and reserve no date. A contract is formed only when a definitive quotation is accepted. It defines scope, times, venue, equipment and responsibilities; individual written terms prevail.
Venue, catering, equipment and partner services are quoted as separate line items showing the contracting party, cost and responsibility.
2. Price, travel and overtime
The definitive quotation controls. Travel and third-party services are reviewed for each assignment. DJ overtime is CHF 150 for each started hour beyond the selected package hours and applies only to the DJ service.
3. Payment
30% is due within ten days after acceptance and 70% seven days before the event. Bookings made fewer than 14 days ahead are payable in full immediately. Invoice, TWINT and cash are accepted unless otherwise agreed.
4. Customer cancellation
Work already performed remains payable. On the open balance of unperformed own services: more than 60 days 0%, 60–31 days 25%, 30–8 days 50%, and from 7 days 100%.
Authorised, evidenced and non-cancellable third-party costs are separate. Deposits are credited, with no double charge; saved costs and replacement bookings are considered, and the customer may prove a lower loss. Cardillo Events may waive an amount in writing as goodwill without precedent.
5. Force majeure
For objective force majeure, the parties first seek a replacement date within twelve months. If none is possible, completed work and unavoidable evidenced costs remain payable.
6. Cooperation and legal review
The customer provides timely details on venue, access, times, guests, rooms, power, noise limits and permits. Changes apply once effects on schedule, staff, equipment, third parties and price are confirmed.
Swiss legal review is required before contractual use, particularly regarding possible classification under Articles 377 and 404 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Mandatory law remains reserved.
