DJ Cardillo has in-house sound and lighting equipment for events of up to 300 people. Suitability also depends on room shape, acoustics, indoor or outdoor use, the audience and desired volume.
Antonio checks the venue’s existing setup and determines personally which components he will bring and which additions make sense for the occasion.
Assign microphones, lighting and venue systems clearly
Speeches, live vocals or multiple event areas may require several microphones and connections. Access routes, power, weather protection and a soundcheck belong in the assessment.
Sound, lighting and parallel setups for ceremony, drinks reception and party are included. External specialist equipment is quoted as a separate line item.

05Which factors can change the definitive price?+
The selected DJ or event-planning package provides the price base. Additional price items arise only from overtime, travel, and clearly externally sourced specialist equipment or third-party services. Deposits, cancellation and other contractual terms are set out in the definitive quotation.
